WELCOME TO PRESTON VOCATIONAL CENTRE

On Thursday 25th June we celebrated the hard work, dedication and achievements of our learners over the past academic year. 

Our Mission at Preston Vocational Centre (PVC) is to support young people and adults to gain skills and confidence to build future careers. National Volunteer Week is the perfect time to recognise our amazing volunteers at PVC who give their time to support our learners whilst developing their skills and working towards a career.

At Preston Vocational Centre, we are proud to support young people to build bright futures in construction. This National Apprenticeship Week, we are celebrating the achievements of our former student Isaac, who is thriving in his apprenticeship with JFN Integrated Solutions and supporting his local area with his gardening business.

At Preston Vocational Centre, we are always proud to share the journeys of our students. Max Jones is an outstanding example of what is achievable through hard work and commitment. 

Earlier this week we were invited to attend the Youth Build UK awards at the House of Commons in London.  

Over the Summer holidays, Preston Vocational Centre (PVC) partnered with Keepmoat Homes to deliver a four-week programme, Pathway to Progress - an initiative that gave young people the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.
