Preston Vocational Centre welcomed local MP Sir Mark Hendrick and Adrian Leather, Chief Executive of Active Lancashire to its city-centre base last week. The VIP guests were able to hear directly from the team about their work running vocational training courses in construction for young people across Preston and surrounding areas.

Last week renowned local employer Sika Ltd, the UK arm of international Sika Group, held a Global Sustainability workshop, culminating in a visit to local charity Preston Vocational Centre (PVC). Sika sustainability champions from Australia, Canada, USA, Brazil, Japan, Serbia, Romania, Africa and Switzerland all took part.
