Social Housing Regulator reaffirms our G1/V1 rating!
Community Gateway Association (CGA), our parent company, is pleased to confirm the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has this morning reaffirmed its G1/V1 rating.
G1 and V1 are the top gradings they can receive from the Regulator and means we meet its stringent governance and viability standards.
